Summer Camp 29th july-29 august 2025 FAQ

What age group is the camp for?

Our camp is open to children aged 5 to 16 years old.

Does my child need to have tried it before?

Not at all! We welcome complete beginners as well as those with experience. Our sessions are designed to support all skill levels and build confidence at the child’s own pace.

What should my child bring?

  • A packed lunch (we’ll provide fruit and biscuits throughout the day)

  • A refillable water bottle

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Flat sole shoes

  • Sunscreen (applied before arriving, if possible)

We provide skateboards, scooters, helmets, and pads, but your child is welcome to bring their own if they have them.

What time does the day start and finish?

Our camp runs from 9am to 3pm (optional extender hours to 5pm). Drop-off is from 8.45am, and all children must be collected by their booked finish time.

Where does the camp take place?

We will run outdoor activities at Eynsham Skatepark and indoor activities at the Pavilion.

Are parents allowed to stay?

Our summer camp is a drop-off session, meaning parents do not stay during the day. This helps children settle in and fosters independence in a safe, supervised environment.

What if my child has additional needs or allergies?

Please let us know on the booking form. We do our best to support every child and make adjustments where possible. If you’d like to speak to us before booking, feel free to get in touch.

Do you take photos or videos?

Only if parents/carers have given permission. We sometimes take photos to celebrate the day or promote future events, but faces will only be included with consent. You can opt out during booking.

What happens if it rains?

We’re prepared for all weather! We have an indoor backup plan in place. Make sure your child is dressed for the forecast just in case.

How do I book?

All bookings are done online through our Bookwhen bellow. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment!
